Have you ever judged a book by its cover?
I didn’t judge this series by its cover but by the blurb. When Nalini Singh first came out with the Guild Hunter’s series, I was not here for it. I refused to read any of the books when I saw and would just scroll past. Then in September of last year I saw the Book Archangel’s Enigma, now I didn’t jump to read this one either, but I kept seeing and seeing. I also thought the idea of this almost feral creature sounded interesting. I was hooked after that, I’ve since re-read all of the book again.
