Have you ever judged a book by its cover? 

I didn’t judge this series by its cover but by the blurb. When Nalini Singh first came out with the Guild Hunter’s series, I was not here for it. I refused to read any of the books when I saw and would just scroll past. Then in September of last year I saw the Book Archangel’s Enigma, now I didn’t jump to read this one either, but I kept seeing and seeing. I also thought the idea of this almost feral creature sounded interesting. I was hooked after that, I’ve since re-read all of the book again.

Notables of 2015 | Beauty

This year I slacked off on my beauty routine, I’ll be honest. With all the shadows and blush I have I didn’t make the effort often enough when getting ready. 

The last couple months have been filled with my search for the ‘perfect’ concealer. The one I’ve had for the last few years is almost finished and has been discontinued. I have some dark circles there not crazy but they do make me seem more tired and less alert. How do I know this, the observations that are made when I wear concealer and when I don’t.

Notables of 2015 | Life

So 2015 is officially over. I have to say that it was a good year for me. Of course there were the times that things weren't going so well, but overall when I reflect on this past year I would say that it was good.

I think my favourites part of the year were the ones that had to do with travelling. Now I didn't go to a ton of places but there were quite a few firsts for me.
