So my VIB shopping didn't go as planned. I completely scrapped the Hourglass palette, which probably doesn't surprise you if you've read my VIB wish list post. I ended up going in a whole other direction.

Read MoreSo Sephora is having a sale near the end of August, which is not usually a time that they have a sale, so I’m not mad at it. Though I do hope that they still have the November sale. It’s the start of Christmas season in my head, Black Friday, VIB sale they’re tied together in my mind.
So like many of you, I expected to have a blog post about my VIB Sephora sale, from the time I heard about it I was thinking of the items that I might pick up and slowly putting them aside mentally. However as I was working on my wish list post, I realized that even though you got 15% off it didn’t work out to be that much savings after it was all said and done.
