So for the past month I’ve been making it a point of duty to paint my nails at least once a week. Since I’ve developed quite a nail polish collection it would be remiss of me to simply let them sit there unused.  I do love how my nails look with polish applied, its just the process of removing the polish and applying the polish that has me struggling to keep up with my manicures. So I hit up my three favourite places to purchase polishes from, Winners, Nail Polish Canada and Sephora. There wasn’t anything specific that I was looking for but I saw a few great deals and felt that I couldn’t pass them up. I picked up some NCLA polishes from winners for $6 each which is pretty good considering there about $15-20 else where. I also picked up a few of the Essie Gel Couture polishes on sale for about $5.50 each which again was a steal to me.

Dry itchy hands with brittle nails. Sound familiar? Well it does to me, because in the winter time that’s usually the state of my hands.

With the harsh cold hair outside and the dry warm air inside, our hands experience some drastic environments. This year I’ve done better by my hands, I always make sure to have some hand cream in my hand bag when I go out, both for myself and any family that needs it. As well as having some by my bed side, I don’t want to have to trek far when my hands start itching.
